Aim of course

Teaching professional skills (soft skills) for responsible, creative and active engineers (male and female) for industry and business (communication, team spirit, leadership, responsibility)

Course objective

• Understanding creativity is and which creativity methods are used in organizations
• Explore own creative potential and its limits
• Learn about decision processes from technical, cultural, social and ethical perspective
• Understand the role of interdisciplinary collaboration for problem solving
• Experience and understand specific communication requirements for working in interdisciplinary teams in respect to language barriers, professional terminology, cultural differences
• Understanding implications of working in teams across geographical and cultural borders
