I did not know that there is a word for this attitude that is an essential part of me. It reminds me of a TV series called MacGyver that I used to like. A problem and a spontaneous solution built on the things are you.
It took me some time to remember it.

I believe that there are similar concepts and possibly words in other languages and cultures that describe the same. I actually think that jugaad is an approach, a concept, a part of every human being. When we are completely free from expectations and norms, this way of free thinking becomes possible.
