A mutual friend introduced me to Lauren. At the time, he was a student at Uppsala University and I was mentoring someone on Adplist; today, he is a friend.
Life brings together what needs to be together.
We have started to work together on several topics under the headline of Existential Health. Lauren’s foundational work in this area is being published as a book, which is scheduled for release soon.
Our conversations meander through the how, why, and when of things coming alive—particularly regarding our roles as “midwives.” While the word “things” feels insufficient to capture the depth of what we discuss, I haven’t yet found a term that fits better. Here is how we describe our collaboration:
Lauren identifies as a spiritual midwife and healing presence who facilitates deep,
transformative conversations to help others access their innate wisdom. She guides
people through a process of “intentional embodied creation”, helping them move from rigid, goal-oriented thinking into a state of wholeness and present-moment
awareness. Her work focuses on creating sacred spaces where individuals can undo
past entanglements and allow their authentic selves and ideas to emerge naturally.
Jutta describes herself as an idea midwife and discernment coach who helps people
reconnect with ideas they may have shut down. She specializes in creating formats
that foster genuine connection and peer support, guiding individuals toward
intentional, embodied creation and entrepreneurial thinking. Her focus is on opening doors for others to find clarity and their own next steps in a grounded, supportive
environment.
You can contact Lauren in her own praxis www.hyperborea.xyz or as part of a praxis team www.nenua.se in Uppsala.
Be ready for more to come …

I am introducing a tag called Existential Health for readers to follow
