DESCRIPTION
The apartment is conveniently located in the 4th district near the Technical University of Vienna and the city. You can reach the TU Vienna within 10 walking minutes. In 10 minutes you can get to the first district by public transport with U1 or by using the tram D. The apartment is in the 1st floor and is absolutely quite.
Size of apartment: 30 m2, one room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Gas and electricity included. No commission or other costs for referral apply.
THE APARTMENT
It is completely furnished, the kitchen is equipped with the stove and a refrigerator with deep-freezer. Dishes, tableware, a set of pots and cooking utensils are available as well. We provide one/two sets of bed linens (including pillow and comforter) as well as one/two sets of towels. There is a washing/drying facility for clothes and a place to lock your bike in the building.
