Comparability of qualification levels CROQF will have eight levels with additional four sublevels at levels 4, 5, 7 and 8, reflecting the particularities of the Croatian qualification system.

Level of implementation of NQF Croatian framework for LL (CROQF) is expected by 2009. In 2007 a CROQF Baselines proposal was adopted by the government. Also the High Level Committee approved a five-year action program for 2008–12 to implement it. Referencing process to the EQF is planned to start in 2010 and should be completed by the end of this year.
